- Disconnect, revoke, and reconnect
Start-to-finish instructions
Choose the provider
Open Integrations and read the supported data, direction, prerequisites, and limitations.
Start secure connection
Use Connect and finish authorization on the provider's site. Never paste provider passwords into ServiceTooly.
Confirm the company
Verify the provider account or realm belongs to the same business workspace.
Run a small test
Sync one labeled customer, invoice, or calendar event and compare identity, amounts, tax, status, timestamps, and the ServiceTooly mapping.
Review synchronization
Confirm retries do not create duplicates and older out-of-order updates do not overwrite newer state.
Monitor and maintain
Review connection status, watermarks, queued work, and failures. Disconnect, revoke, or reconnect only after understanding pending sync work.
What success looks like
- The intended provider account is connected.
- The test record appears once with matching values.
- Repeated or delayed provider events remain idempotent and tenant-scoped.
Common problems
- A placeholder, disabled-network, or missing-credential notice means the provider is not ready for sandbox or live use.
- Resolve duplicates and mapping differences before a bulk sync.
- QuickBooks invoice line, tax, item, and income-account mappings require an approved accounting policy.
