Feature-specific ServiceTooly wireframe for Change language and display preferences
This wireframe is generated from the feature names and steps in this guide, so it stays aligned with the instructions even when labels vary by role or plan.

What this section includes

  • English and Spanish selector
  • Saved account preference
  • Public-page translation
  • Workspace and Super Admin translation

Start-to-finish instructions

  1. Find the language selector

Use the globe selector in the public header or the signed-in header. Only English and Spanish are offered right now.

  2. Choose a language

Select English or Espanol. ServiceTooly saves the choice to the current session, browser, and signed-in profile when available.

  3. Check the whole page

Review headings, buttons, menus, form labels, validation messages, tables, help text, and footer wording.

  4. Move to another section

Open a dashboard or Help guide and confirm the selected language remains active.

  5. Report untranslated wording

Record the page address and the exact text that stayed in the wrong language. Do not include passwords or private customer data.

What success looks like

  • The selector shows the chosen language.
  • All visible interface text changes and the preference remains active on the next page.

Common problems

  • If only part of a page changes, refresh once and report the exact remaining phrase.
  • A role or plan name may remain a product name even when the surrounding explanation is translated.
