Start the provider connection
Read the permissions requested and sign in directly with the provider.
Map the business data
Select the correct calendar, company, account, phone number, or sync direction.
Test both directions
Create a safe test record, confirm synchronization and time zone, then remove the test data if appropriate.
Protect and monitor access
Name API tokens by purpose, copy them once into secure storage, rotate exposed tokens, and review integration status.
Helpful tip: Never paste API keys, access tokens, or full credentials into notes, chat, screenshots, or support messages.
