Users may not use Service Tooly for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, harassing, spam, malware, scraping, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, security bypass, or excessive automated activity. Messaging must comply with consent, opt-out, telemarketing, privacy, and carrier requirements. Violations may result in suspension or termination.
